Hi, I'm Hendrys. Upholstery is the family trade.
My name is Hendrys Cativo, and I have approximately 26 years of hands-on experience in upholstery and wood repair. I began learning the trade at age 17 in my father's upholstery shop. My father has more than 30 years of experience, and working alongside him helped shape my attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
Through Onsite Upholstery & Wood Repair, I serve residential and commercial customers throughout the Bay Area. I provide mobile furniture repair and coordinate larger projects through our family shop, JC Upholstery in Berkeley.
My work focuses on helping customers restore the comfort, appearance, and function of their furniture. From a favorite family chair to commercial seating, I take pride in carefully assessing each piece, explaining the repair options, and completing the work with care.
